1＃ Go ToSo just formed a group to do TI and rescue Jinchuriki however when tryed to start the TI it gave a time out (no SS of this) I thought nothing of it as happens sometimes, but this time it decided to be different and first off it would not let me queue because I was apparently in a group instance which in the SS I clearly am not. Then to make it better it wouldn't let me chat in team chat saying I wasn't eligable, thought a simple refresh will cure this, nope. Now it says can't invite anyone because of being in a group instance, so thought ok will close and reopen for sure that will fix it, nope again. So cat quiz came up so figured will do that and see if is better after again nope, so now I can't do TI, rescue jinchuriki or my wanted misions.

Hello,
This issue is usually resolved by restarting the game.
In case it doesn't help, additional cache clear might.
If both fail, please let me know, I'll try to find another solution :)

Restarting had already failed , but cache clear worked.
