The roots was + 20 attack in taiwan for sometime but they changed back to +100% resistance already ... I think usa version is the only version with that kind of roots for lightning Reply

All main character classes are rebalanced on the chinese and taiwanese versions of the game. I would imagine we would eventually get this balance patch - however I wouldn't keep my hopes up for it coming any time soon.

A lot of the changes on the chinese server are actually really good - for example Blaze igniting targets with the high combo chase and Breeze blinding enemies with her First skill, as well as changing up the 100% resistance reduction buff to something actually useful outside of 9 tails invasion.
