1＃ Go ToI ran into one in arena and at lv 100 he gave his team something close to 3k extra health combined with an interrupt thats pretty much an autowin and i ended up losing on time out against him as i couldnt really do enough damage to him what do people usually use to counter him? Are there any abilities that bypass shields? -

The way you beat iruka teams is you break the combo and you never focus iruka. Since iruka is generally a defensive ninja slot - if they're also running a healer u're very likely to have much higher DPS than your opponent and if not then you might have to consider looking for a different lineup. -

Iruka is actually very bad for arena if you wanna win in arena take ppl with igntion skills (active-passive). Iruka is pretty usless if you manage too survive 5 rounds which is in arena ez and in normal fights at the beginning a little bit hard. Earth mains can drag out fights long which make enemy irukas pretty usless. -

He had iruka 3 star sasuke and a healer i tried to focus on his dps to break the combo but i barely damaged him by time he killed my dps. I run Main wind gaara with hinata for acupuncture and karin for high float but lately i dont think i got enough dps or switch to cleanse for removing the status effects

Hmm as mentioned before, if you beat a ninja aside from iruka, preferably their dps. Then his whole team will fall apart. With a healer and iruka he will seriously lack a form of damage and from here on out you can slowly close out the game. Keep in mind that the way your formation is set up is also important. If iruka has the 3rd or 4th move in his team and your main is in move 2 then you can probably trigger a chase combo before iruka interrupts your skill. The only reliable damage I see in your team for single target is triggering a chase combo. If they have a sasuke I ussually focus either the sasuke or the main down first.
It is also important to not suddenly switch targets half way, it will give the opponent too much time to strike back. Once you decide on a target to kill, keep focusing that target. If you switch target your basically giving away a round for free. -

Gaara karin and hinata is a very very stall-y set up... In fact the only way I see you winning is poison damage. While your opponent on the other had had a Sasuke which gave him the edge in the fight. I would consider dropping either Gaara or Hinata in your lineup for a damage dealer. -
