I dont know if this is the correct place to ask this but.

There is this guy/girl that has like 15 accounts on my server(cofirmed with the name of the user as well as confirmation from other users).
Its just I know the client allows us to have more then one account running but having more then one account on the same server seems to me going over board as well as cheating. I was also told he uses some 3rd party program that allows him to play on one screen but will copy his mouse movements on the other screen, basically playing one screen while the program plays the others.

Is this allowed and if not where do I report.
