On the top of my head:

- Fire's 2nd and 4th standard/Wind's 4th standard/Water's 3rd standard/Lightning's 3rd standard/Earth's 4th standard
- Any of Earth's standard when using 4th passive on secondary passive row
- Sage Naruto when equiped with a clone
- Mei/Gaara (both vanilla and Kazekage)/Darui (main attack only, additional attack is pure Tai)/Danzo/Onoki
- Sasuke (PB and vanilla, not sure about Susanoo)/Yamato/Hashirama (only with his barrirer up.)
- Deidara/Tobi
- Suigetsu/Chojuro
- Baki

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Tobi's standard is elemental.

Five Kage Temari, GNW Temari, Mu, Gengetsu, and GNW Kankuro (during his puppet attack only) should count too. I think Wind's first standard (and possibly third?) also counts...

Tobi doesn't do elemental damage? Welp, well I havent touched him since 2.0 arrived so that's on me. Oops!

Ah, i know I was forgetting someone. Kankuro does when equipped with puppet, right?

The rest I unfortunately don't have at the moment. :)

Thanks guys. Is there a way on the ninja menu to identify if their standard attacks have elements on it?

Go to Ninja>Train, select a ninja and Upgrade Stars, click on the "?" *on and a menu should popup like this:



Hover over to their standard attack icon and you'll see if it has an element or not, like this:
