Is it possible to get a merge again after you merged our servers?

So this is like a continuation post from my other post about Inactive leaders. In our merged server 165-168-171, we have 3 "active" groups that are eligible for GNW (one group per server)(With activity rate of about 530, 350 and 280) Even though you'll see our group has like 90/92 people our activity rate is really like 280. With our leader gone for 3+ days and probably no reward distribution for GNW this week, we're thinking about having our seniors take over the leader spot with (150 ingots) in 4 days. She said she can spend the 150 ingots but after i think about it for a sec: Is there really a point in playing a group that has only 6 people in GNW each week? (1 people per playing field). The other group isn't doing greatly as well with 7-10 people active in GNW. The 1st group has about 15-18 people active. We've talked about this in our group. We could either merge with another group, making the server "less competitive" or we could continue to play as a 3rd tier group.

Anyway enough blabbering. I just wanna ask the admins: Is it possible to get a merge AGAIN after you merged our server like 4 months ago?
If the answer is YES, do i just request it in the "server-merge request post"?
If the answer is NO, then what suggestions would u make?

Edit: I think Agarthor already made some similar post in the past. I'm not sure. But after his departure, this merged server is still pretty "dead".
And the participation for the GNW has been low for so many weeks already. Before I left the game and was on hiatus on March and backed in May, the # of people in GNW went down from 15 to 6/7 each week.
