How long will it take to get my ticket answered? I am trying to figure out if "Waiting for reply" means that they have opened the ticket and are thinking of what to reply but it has been hours and I am still trying to recharge. I have sent to both I think an admin and a customer support ticket for help on an issue that is not my fault. Can anyone give me some insight? Thanks.
