Did you wait at least 24 hours after hitting lv 60? It's too long ago so I don't remember, but it is possible that it is given at a specific time of the day to all new 60+s as opposed to at the moment of reaching.
Did you check your inventory? One of the trial medal is given as an item that you have to manually activate. Might be in mail too, so check there.

yeah i turned 60 about 2 days ago , theres a few other people who also have not recived it also

The Free Jonin Medal Trial is a random thing... There is no specific free medal trial for level 60...
