I recharged a small amount today, but the ingots have not been added to my account. I was hoping to redeem the rewards from the platinum recharge event, but it looks like I won't be getting them... can you provide any insight to why this happens? And is there any way I can get the rewards from the event before it ends? My UID is 200000084005130.
