I am at level 51 and I don't have sufficient Chunin or Anbu scrolls for upgrading. I am afraid I might have been the victim of some bugs. I had received 6 Chunin scrolls and 2 Anbu scrolls from the Ninja Exams earlier in the game. This might be effecting my competitive ability to other players.
