1＃ Go ToKilling players in Sage Battlefield is a lot easier in the lower brackets. Be part of the top 3 easily and get those rank points fast! Most people aren't aware of the level brackets in Sage Battlefield but if you look at the rankings, you will notice some level 50s in the top 3 ranking on the ranking board from time to time. It is not that they beat every 60 to get there but rather they were placed in a lower level bracket. Therefore, using this seperate instance you can potentially get top 3 and get those delicious rank points and scrolls!
Are you having difficulty with elite/group/team instances? Suppressing your level takes care of this problem as they scale according to your level. Have you ever noticed the situation where you enter into a group instance and the mobs horrendously outlevel you? It is because you have a high level in your party. Therefore, it follows that if you suppress your level and find a couple of low level comrades you can clear the group instance with greater ease. Remember that group instance ranking? Well your instance is going to be a lot easier thanks to your low level suppressing the mob level! Just remember, team instance is set to X3 of that level bracket where X refer to the 10s position.
Pay less for your gear/ninja. If you level, your gear/ninja cannot keep pace with you due to the increasing costs so DO NOT LEVEL FAST ! Have you ever wondered why you just cannot seem to maintain parity between your character level and your gear/ninja level? That is because the costs constantly increase as you level your gear and this makes that mismatch even greater as you get higher up the level ladder! The last thing you want to do is to face other players with
mismatched gear to main level ratio as it just puts you at a disadvantage.
Pay less to maintain that top position in your level bracket. Lower level players have lower power which makes your survival trial that much easier, not to mention Sage battlefield as well. This should be pretty common sense that higher level players = higher power therefore entering into these events where there exists a level gate with a higher level just gimps you as you have to face said higher power players! Farm up those points and take your time! Why? Refer to the next reason.
A cap on leveling exists anyway so even if you do not level with the pack, you c*ways catch up another day. Remember, haste makes waste !!

Top 5 Reasons to Powerlevel:
1) Ninja Exam rewards Magas and better scrolls. You can increase your powerlevel using these things. You need to wait at least 20 days to get enough Kage scrolls, plus longer for the +1, +2, +3, and +4. The sooner you start farming the better because it will mean more power as you reset Ninja Exams every day and get the same rewards all over again.
2) Higher level players get more money. Kyuubi rewards hundreds of thousands of experience and gold, trying your best to achieve high ranks means you have the cash to afford more upgrades as opposed to forcibly staying low leveled to farm more gold.
3) Tendo/Sage treasures only unlock at level 50 and 70. If you want free pull attempts to get Pains or Sage Naruto then you're going to want to level up. The sooner you hit 70, the sooner you can start gambling. Since you're guaranteed to get rare ninja after X number of pulls anyway because the chance keeps going up after each failure then you want to start as early as possible.
4) The Great Ninja War rewards players who WIN. You can get up to 10x Seal Scrolls for a legendary pack, along with like 5000 group tokens. Those tokens can be used to purchase and upgrade ninja like Kisame while the Seal scrolls give you a chance at pulling them for free! For any free player, winning great ninja war is like receiving $500 to divide among your guild. Low levels don't win Ninja War.
5) Accessing higher elite instances gives you access to better farmable ninja. Sure, stay low level if you want to use Team 7 for the next two years. But if you want access to Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Tsunade then you'll need to be at least level 60. Since they take a MONTH of farming to get, the sooner you unlock the instances the sooner you can start. -

What he said makes sense, and actually makes the things even more obvious, when you see them next to each other.
People holding back with leveling was seen by me in a lot of different game already, even in Unlimited Ninja, we could see many of these "Strongest lvl70" posts, when the majority was going strong for lvl120 already, and its never made any sense to me. Sure, maybe there are some rewards you can get, or you can win things more easy, but in the end, you are just a bully leeching off the things using your earlier start as an advantage and beating new players who level normally. You will be NEVER able to compete with an actual high lvl player who started in the same time, because he have things what you wont have. You just rule your own "small kingdom" until you feel satisfied, but the people will keep out leveling you and overcome you. And once the new players stop coming, you will be left here alone, losing many things and it was way way too late to try to catch up. We got more than 50 server already, do you guys really think it will last much longer where you can dominate the low lvl sage battlefield? I do not think so.
Its only my personal opinion, you guys are feel free to stop leveling up, but I will say it, I think its pointless, and majority of the people who slowed down will end up quiting after they were forced to start leveling up, because they wont have any chance to catch up. -

Its actually smarter to stop doing story missions at lvl 62 and only do daily + bounty. They need at least 1-2 month too increase the lvl cap if you hit lvl 70 in 2 weeks you waste a huge amount of exp from daily+kyubi+bountys. And the rewards from sage battelfield are more worth than a free draw from 70 thats like 3 free sealscrolls per week maybe 4 if your team wins.
In addition too that as soon as they update the game you have like 20 stroy missions too do which leads into a huge lvl advantage compared too the ppl who power lvld but only if they rly need the 2 month for the update like in german version. As far as i can tell they wont update it faster since they lose money if they realese all at once. Small updates = every week money. -

There is no reason to level slow at all, never in these kind of games. It doesn't matter that you are stronger than 99% of the player in your server who are at the same level. It doesn't matter if you are weaker than 99% of the player who are at a lower level. Like Kyutaru pointed out there are tons of benefits for leveling as fast as possible. Because in the end just by gaining a level, you gain power, you gain access to new team instances, more cultivation, awakenings etc. There is no need to keep it at your level, once you reach the max level, you will have time to max them out.
@Neconis that are very specific instances... We do not know when we get the update and while that sure has a huge advantage it's hard to say when exactly to stop doing plot missions. Especially if a new player who just started reads this, might gets confused. By the time he hits 70 we might already have level 90 patch. -
