convoy and pvp connectivity

So ever since our server got merged everytime I try to do an SS convoy and I get plundered this messege pops up ''you are offline please log into the game again'', this happens even if I get supported by a higher level group member the game just automatically logs me out. this auto loss thing isn't cool, for the first 3-4 times I thought maybe its just my internet or some server update is pending but this has been going on for the past 2 weeks and how the hell am I supposed to raise coupons for events if I only get 15 coupons per convoy plus its costs an extra 10 ingots if you wanna do more then one. thats how I do I buy 2-3k ingots and then convert them into coupons over the course of the month. I am also going to make another thread in general base on server merges and the * storm that come with it. please fix this
