Im lvl 35 . and my line up is sakura , kiba and haku ? Use haku to replace hashirama's barrier.

You need someone that can interrupt tobirama turn 2.

Other than that, just increase your power. I have never playes SB so i don't know if you have interrupts like earth and LM. Just keep trying and if you fail increase your power a bit more and try again. In at most a couple of days you will be able to pass the instance.

I used a team with Neji to acupuncture Hashirama before he could set up the barrier, then focus fired on Tobirama before he unleashed his mystery.

You can focus on tobirama first and try to interupt his mystery, then go for hashi
