Passive 1---- Water Style - Super Torrent : Avoid a standard , chase or a mystery . Triggered upto 3 times. (Minatos passive just a little buffed )
Passive 2 ---- Water Style - Explosive Bite of Water Dragon : If chakra is more than 80 launch the water style explosive bite of water dragon before the first action of a round. Triggered once per round. (this s somewhat like the sannin ninjas form the chinese version ,t though the attack is a little more )
According to me its about as good as minato flak (only becuase it does not get buffed like minato when he chases) . So not too broken and you keep the defenses klike * to make this character a little les broken( though i dont think it is broken ) .Azzakye you aasked for something not broken so here it is .

How about Taura means many lakes or rivers
Still the only gripe is the certain dodge 3 times not many ninjas can even perform that many attacks each round. I don't like the use of straight up immunity or dodges but that's just me

Why thank you! Originally, the Flames of Ares was gonna be a chase before I decided to turn it more useful and turn it into an Ignite-causing barrier, because as you said, there hasn't been an Ignite-causing barrier.
Well then....it's been bothering me why there wasn't a Shippuden version of Sasuke[Curse Mark] well I'm gonna make one myself! Charsheet style!
