Don't fight directly when Matsuri start, you should wait a bit and then go, since by then most High level players are finished

yes, infact, yesterday i started matsuri at 19:20 server time, got matched only with people in a +5k/+25k power than me and all of them higher level than me (i'm 85, with about 48k power).

I do matsuri after 9 tails. Honestly its the best time since all the whales have already fought and you have a fair chance. If you cant wait that long, wait for at least 45 minutes.

I Have yet to be matched with someone that has more than 2k power than me (although i have only done 5-7 cross server matsuris).
