For starters, you want to clear cahce and refresh, there have been times when various numbers do not display properly and default to 0 (including coupons, exchange shop tokens, coins, seal scroll count in the pulling page when the scrolls can be seen in the inventory etc). Usually, clearing cache and reloading the game will fix that by receiving the correct values (Do ensure that you have stable internet at the location of reload).

If that doesn't fix it... well, you have a bigger problem on your hands.

That might be an Internet problem. There have been times when my internet was flaky so I logged in to find a completely empty map and no currency whatsoever. The next day the internet got better and the problem was solved.
