Hi GT990,

1. Terribly sorry for the confusion but unfortunately the statement in the image is not true. You will however get a guaranteed 3* in Seal Treasure if you do a Draw Ten pull! =>

2. Like the Seal Treasure, it will take a Draw Ten pull to get a guaranteed 3* character

That isn't true at all and doesn't apply to any treasure since it's isn't true in the first place. Thread closed as it has been answered.
