Cant get code for mobile security

Well in user control, as security option there is add mobile number. All good untill i click send autentification code to my mobile.Country is correct, and number too, but it never reaches me.It says i need to wait like 30 minutes until it arrive, but i left page open and waited for like an hour and resend code few times and nothing. Didnt get not a single code. Im from Spain.From first time i tried to get that code passed more then 24 hours already. Still not a single sms.
