i just completed all the trial breakthrough stages except the lvl 80 one. then suddenly, it says you are offline so i restarted the game. i went back to the trial breakthrough section only to find that apparently i haven't done completed any stages

i tried that but still showing that i havent completed any stages in the trial breakthrough

i may have because i remember resetting the survival trial at that time but i am not sure whether it is before or after checking the trial breakthrough. oh yeah, the enemies in the trial breakthrough were the same as the enemies i defeated before restarting the game so that might help

Next time, make sure to remember if you're reset or not.
In this case, I'm quite sure it was due to you resetting. As the data is server side. The trial breakthrough wouldn't just reset without manual adjustment.

Anyway, If it happens again. Let me know.

Once you reset survival. The trial breakthrough will also reset.
I'm quite sure this was due to it. Considering that data is saved server side, It's highly unlikely that Survival reset without manual adjustment.

Let me know if it happens again. Make sure to screenshot it.
