Hello Oas staffs, so my group have already fulfilled the conditions to upgrade the group level and as well we have enough group funds, but i cant seem to be able to upgrade it yet, do i need to upgrade the group activities 1st or is it a bug? thank you

Your group activities need to be level 9 as well.
