So we all are aware the passive windmain has "The Queens momentum" what does it actually do ?

Does it buff only the wind main for example if there are 4 female ninjas in my team thats a hundrend percent buff to the team or only to windmain?

What if i have 3 female ninjas and 1 male would the male get the buff from queens momentum since its says for 25 percent in your lineup for every female ninja on you team?

its really confusing for me if someone could explain this to me i would be grateful
