Questions about mood.

Hey guys,

I was wondering if someone could explain me how the mood system works in china and how it will affect us or send me a link to some external sources since i believe we are not suppose to talk about other versions of the game. I have made some research but i didn't found any clear answer.
I heard that mood is only 15% max there so does that mean that at some point our ninjas will be nerfed back to 15% or will they keep their mood at 65% ?
I have put several thousand coupons and ingots in the mood system and i would hate to see all that money vanish and sadly that would not surprise me that much with this game. Should i cut my loss now and stop upgrading mood ?
