Hey

Similar to , does take base values into account. amplifiers like does not affect the healing % that it puts out.

Healing Tips interacts differently, It's a healing amplifier, specifically meant for healing values. Additionally, it's a team buff (Aura)

Hopefully, this has helped understand how Water Mains works.

If you have any questions, feel free to message me.

After your reply i made more tests and this time i made them also on Regenerative Healing Jutsu, not only on Healing Jutsu, because, now that i had my mind focused on it, i realized the values i used to get didn't make any sense with the tooltip description.
This is what happened: The 3rd square is 'Healing Jutsu', the 4th square is 'Regenerative Healing Jutsu'.

As these screenshots show blatantly both Healing Jutsu and Regenerative Healing Jutsu depend directly on NINJUTSU equipped on Azure Fang (as you all can see all the other stats stayed unchanged, the only stat that was modified was Ninjutsu by removing magatamas).
The formulas that can be easily deduced out of these screenshots are that Healing Jutsu heals 18.1% of Azure Fang Ninjutsu value HPs and that Regenerative Healing Jutsu heals 70 + 25% of Ninjutsu value HPs (i suppose that 70 is the value based on basic stats the tooltip refers to).
*
So, as it's shown here, Ninjutsu modifies the value of the healing for both the effects exactly like it does for every damaging standard attack/chase that is based only on ninjutsu (like water style - water trumpet), then again the question: why Ninjutsu boosters (like Mifune's passive, Iruka's passive or Water Enhancement) don't increase the healing outcome of these effects even if they temporarily increase the value of the character ninjutsu stat? Is this a bug or is intended? And if is intended what is the sense of it since without them healing is a lot worse than damage effects, overall in arena?
And is right that these mysteries/standard attacks work so or there is somewhere a bug in how they behave right now? .What's sure is that both the tooltips of healing jutsu and regenerative healing jutsu are wrongly translated if this is intended.

Magatama's impact base values. (In this case, Ninjutsu)
Passives are adjustments to the value after a ninja is in-battle. Thus no longer base values.

Your screenshots are exactly as intended.
(I'll leave this open in case you have any additional questions)

If i understood it correctly this means that Regenerative Healing Jutsu, since it states that is based on 'base ninjutsu attribute', shouldn't get any advantage from ninjutsu boosters, and this makes sense, but then Healing Jutsu, that doesn't state so, should be affected by ninjutsu boosters, and so we go again at the point.
Or there's a bug on Healing Jutsu, that doesn't get boosted by them when it should, or the tooltip is wrong and should say that is based on 'base ninjutsu attribute' too.
Which one of the two is the right one?
Thanks for your reply.

Tooltip could provide additional information and it's something I intend to inform the team about.
Just a general tip for in-game modifiers.

Shields/Heals, etc rely on base values as a general consent.
But I agree with you that should require the correct statement for clarification.
