note you 2 need to be on same server for you to get the reward , and your friend dosent not hawe play before .

This is correct.
On the client. Create a ticket.
Make sure to include screenshots displaying your rewards (unobtainable)
Also display your friends on your friends' list as well.
You'll receive the proper reward -
