yeh i have invited 4 friends 3 of the 4 have recharged ingots over 500 for 2 of them and i have not received the reward for this. Im on HK servers S307

write a ticket to support with your name server , you fried nickname email -

note you 2 need to be on same server for you to get the reward , and your friend dosent not hawe play before .

i got it after 5 day's

This is correct.

On the client. Create a ticket.
Make sure to include screenshots displaying your rewards (unobtainable)
Also display your friends on your friends' list as well.

You'll receive the proper reward
