kage for sure , if u got bigrare ninja like gaara or mei u can stop

the thing is there are some ninja in kage like chojuro and mei and some others which are really nice imo and also great for ti in a way,but i also need chikamatsu chiyo from seal and there are some more which i could use,then there are jigokudo and tendo pain and some others which i could really use for ranked battle and combo's,so idk and btw i already have gaara

Chikamatsu chiyo is totally useless. I really regret the 2000 coupons i spent on her in my early gaming time. Absolutely avoid to go in a treasure for her. Also the commons in kage are better than her.

oookay so ima cut off seal treasure,also,whats the chance that i will get tendo pain,jigokudo,or shurado from pain treasure?

Tendo is super rare meaning he comes at 400 scrolls and its either him or hashirama and jigokudo and shurado are basically useless ninjas at this point of the game and since you opened kage it means you are past lvl 70 so you dont need any pains now since you have gaara you can try to go in sage for sage naruto since he is one of the best f2p ninjas and he is no more then 180 if you are rly unlucky or you can continue to pull from kage but do only those 2 since others are * at this point of the game.

ok so i will do you one list with the mechanic of the Treasures:

Seal Treasure : every 40-70 seal scrolls you get a rare/ Every 10 you get a common for example Asuma/Kurenai/Guy/kakashi/
Tendo Treasure: Every 40-70 you can get a rare Most of the times would be 60 seal scrolls/every 10 common like kakashi / zabuza / guy / zabuza mist swordsman/ Super Rare : 390 - 410 Seal scrolls and its pure RNG which one you will get from Tendo or Hashirama/ if you pull one super rare then you need another 400 to pull the second one/
Sage Treasure: every 40-70 seal scrolls Rare / 10 common / super rare in there is sasori puppets but im not sure how many seal scrolls you need maybe its around 400 aswell/ p.s you can pull sage naruto in your first 40 seal scrolls its pure rng
Kage Treasure: Rare 40-70 seal scrolls / 10 common / Super rare 750-1100 around
Edo Tensei Treasure: every 20-40 Rare / every 10 common / super rare is around 110-130
