its kinda hard for me to get 10 seal scrolls as it takes quite some time,but when i do get it,idk which treasure to open...do i open kage,seal or tendo treasure?

the thing is there are some ninja in kage like chojuro and mei and some others which are really nice imo and also great for ti in a way,but i also need chikamatsu chiyo from seal and there are some more which i could use,then there are jigokudo and tendo pain and some others which i could really use for ranked battle and combo's,so idk and btw i already have gaara

oookay so ima cut off seal treasure,also,whats the chance that i will get tendo pain,jigokudo,or shurado from pain treasure?
