Pretty sure this board 3* Sage jiraiya is cheaper than 2* Re-Haku. But if you already have S.Jiraiya get Haku.

Haku is more useful in general, so if you do not own gaara 5th kazekage or mei you should get him for his barrier. Sage jiraya is pretty useless. There's only one meta team with him in and is going to fade off as soon as we get jinchuriki treasure.

both are pretty good ninja sage jiraiya is useful now but in the next 1-2 months he will become useless once the treasures start getting released id recommend you get haku even tho its 2 star its still good and will be more useful for the future.
