Please gives us screenshots with the ninja's you have. We may find a team that can slow them down signifficantly, but don't get your hopes up for beating them, cause with that difference in BP it's next to impossible.

For start though, fire main is a good counter to Ay since he has the illusion mistery that makes everyone immune to debuffs for one round, so basically you can't be tagged.

Also, lightning main is good, since the root makes 3 sword ninja's immune AND give them 100% more resistance which will make you a lot tankier against him, considering that Ay does both ninjutsu and taijutsu damage.

Also, one more thing, that people normally forget, reforge your ninja tools to get more lightning resistance. Since Ay does lightning element damage, this will signifficantly reduce the damage you take from him, if you reforge enough weapons.
