Burst or Blitz team are basically teams that have lots of buffs that stack right from the start that last 2-5 rounds (team and Ninja dependent), and their purpose is to end the fight quick with high damage output and not drag it out too long.

A popular example would be the Lightning Main with Root of Warrior. Accompanied with maybe Darui, Kimimaro and Guy. This is just ONE of numerous variations.

Best Burst team that I know of is Ay front mid, Lighting main, Darui, Asuma (Wind Blade) in middle row in that order.

Burst team was meta as * back then in the 1.0 ;P I was wrecking havoc everyday with Lightning SN Iruka Sasuke ;P good time
