Hey guys!
I have to say, I'm really excited that I finally reached level 85 and able to learn the new talent of Azure Fang which is Curse Mark Test (CMT). Not many players talked about this talent, let alone used it on their regular lineup. So, let's talk about this talent and see how good this new talent is...

This talent gives a power boost to AF by 20% when there is a curse mark ninja in the team. I'm not sure if the boost increases more when there are more curse mark ninjas in the team (example: 3 curse mark ninjas = 60% boost). I also have not test the curse mark team on Ranked Battle just yet; to see if the talent could affect other team members (3+8 ninjas = 220% boost... LOL). I doubt the latter would work.
For CMT, we'll need to use curse mark ninjas to our lineups.
For AF, I would recommend that you go for Monster Strength for the Standard Attack and Reserve Seal for the Passive. Here's the reason. Curse mark ninja gets better when they receive damage. For every time they got hurt, their attributes will get a boost. The type of attribute boost depends on each ninja's passive. In this respect, Monster Strength will inflict damage to the opponent and AF at the same time. Meanwhile, Reserve Seal will boost AF's attribute for every time she receive damage.

Personally, I prefer Kabuto to be in the CMT lineup because one of his passive (Human Experiment) works really well with most curse mark ninjas. With this passive, Kabuto will incure some damage to the whole team in every round. Due to that damage, curse mark ninja's passive will trigger a certain attribute boost. Combine all these talents and a couple of rounds, you'll get an overpowered AF.

I also put Jugo into the team because of one his passive (The Power of Curse Tag). This passive generates shield for all curse mark ninjas in the team. In addition, all curse mark ninjas in the team will also gain boost for 3 rounds. Again, I'm not sure if this works the same way in the Ranked Battle (ninjas from another team receiving the shield and boost). However, I don't really like Jugo's mystery (Living Wall Fist - Style Zero). What he did was basically reserving his strength for the next round attack. Here's the catch; while he is "hibernating", a shield will be created for him. Should the enemy cancelled the shield, his mystery will stop immediately. My advice: make sure his shield is not cancelled. Otherwise, skip Jugo and go for other curse mark ninjas.

To complete the team, I must have someone that could fend off/absorb the enemy's attack. For that, I could choose Kimimaro since his passives makes him a good tank. I could also go for Neji since he's also a curse mark ninja and a decent tank ninja. However, to synchronize my team combo I went on and choose Kidomaru. I admit, Kidomaru is not as good as Kimimaro and Neji. However, his passives (Malleable me
tal Armor and Curse Tag) makes him a pretty decent tank. His mystery is good as well (Summoning Jutsu: Raining Spider) because he could drop the opponent's Resistance.

Overall, this team is okay. Not good, just fine. After all, this team is randomly picked. I still couldn't figure out a better lineup just yet. I wish I could get my hand on Sasuke since he's a great tank and great in AOE attacks (but he's really hard to get... T_T).

There are several curse mark ninjas that work as a barrier ninja too: Sasuke (Lightning), Yamato (Earth), Jirobo (Earth), and Anko (Fire). You could further boost your lineup with these barriers. As for the Interruption; choose either Neji, Sai GNW, Tayuya, Hebihime or Anko.
You also have Karin as a Poison spreader (some other ninjas also could spread Poison, but she's the best) and ninjas that are capable of Ignition (Sasuke and Ukon Sakon). The combination of Poison and Ignite are always helpful in this game.
I actually like Orochimaru because he always get revived every time he dies, provided that there are Hidden Sound ninjas in the team. Kabuto's mystery (Dead Soul Jutsu) could make the team pretty invincible (and annoying as well). Besides, most of the curse mark ninjas are from Hidden Sound. However, I could not recommend Orochimaru
