I have a compensation message with rewards, but it will not let me extract it. When I click on the attachment, it says "attachment extraction failed." I had this problem a while back its just a matter of giving up I tried for 10 days in a row did not work just a glitch..

This was a bug that was addressed almost 2 months ago with regards to the ?100. Here's the thread that addressed it: Compensation Bug

yeah~ its compensation for to long ago~
ithey say cuz some bug~
they seperated the compensation for 2 mail~
1 is seal scrool and stamina pot~
and the other is 100coupon~
so that ? 100 = 100coupons~

You've received the secondary compensation mail.
This one was bugged, however shortly after, we've sent two additional mails containing the contents of this one.

You may delete the mail.
