Stack to a higher number is good, but I wont want them to be on the bottom.
I like my consumables either at top or bottom so I can get to them quickly. Personally, I feel it's easier to go all the way to the bottom is easier than stopping exactly somewhere down the middle (and that somewhere changes as the cult rune stacks grow would be more annoying)

On a side note, I don't have nearly as many stacks since I decided to max cult all my ninjas...

just use ur extra food to lvl ninjas up and spend ur cultivation runes on them, thats what ive been doing, i keep about 100k in reserve in case i draw a ninja i want to use but other than that i spend them to lvl a new ninja(s) every few days

used most of them I want that half an hour of my life back :(

Unfortunately, we wouldn't change the slots for Cultivation Runes.

Fortunately, Shadowblaze's advice is indeed one that helps maintain runes + keeping low inventory space.
