1＃ Go ToSo, I'm looking for a good combo team for Lightning Main, so please can you guys recommend me some good line-ups with these characters.

Depends on what you want to use that team for. I would recommend including at least one medical nin in order to always stay in shape. It adds attacking time bonus to you every time you're about to lose, as medical nin provide you with healing backup :) So if you took Sakura would be great help.
Now think of this - Lightning ninja you have will be good with another lightning ninja because they'll make good combos. So either pick Kakashi or upgrade Sasuke star and pick him. Add also Fire ninja because Lightning can be easily beat by Wind Style and to counter Wind opponents you will need Fire :) That said, either Anko or Sasuke (if you upgrade their stars will be better) will do good. You see here that Sasuke helps you in two ways, so wise is to pick Sasuke and leave room for 2 more ninja :)
For good strategy, you need 1 guy with many clones, so that when your enemies attack, the clones will block their way and your main characters will stay safe for longer time. Thus, Naruto is a good addition. Furthermore, he's a wind ninja and will assist your lightning. :)
Then pick one resistant ninja so that they get hardly injured and have more time to make *s. Such are Hyuga clan members (Hinata in your case) or Gaara whose resistance is magnificent.
And try not to put ninjas in the middle side because enemies usually make *s there the most. Make place in the middle for Naruto's clones.
So here's my strategy advice overall:
(if you take Sakura (medical nin))
1st row - X, X, X
2nd row - Naruto, X, Lightning main guy
3rd row - Sakura, X, Sasuke (3 star is better)
(if you don't take Sakura and take resistant ninja (Hinata or Gaara) instead)
1st row - X, X, X
2nd row - Hinata (or Gaara), X, Naruto
3rd row - Sasuke, X, Lightning main guy

The others told you pretty good teams for now.
However, when you level up a bit more to unlock the summons and the other abilities and when you can upgrade hinata, kankuro and sasuke to 3 stars, a team formed with them is the one I would recommend. You will have a very good tank (hinata), accupuncture from hinata's chase, state damage from kankuro (poison and ingition) and paralyze from sasuke chase and main mistery (chidori blade).
The summon would be shark (or flood dragon), mains chase, the second I think, main mistery chidori blade, standard attack second or 3rd, anbu and root of warrior passives.
