Leader: Lelouch (Now Dork)
When Lelouch was our leader, the group was filled with a feeling of friendship (this was in the early months of my server), although we didn't always win GNW we were usually fine with it. Due to many reasons Lelouch gave leadership to Dork, not much changed, but over time our group started to die (As it is now), the only other real group on the server is gathering more players while we are not (Our leader doesn't realize that we were losing power with every member that leaves, we will die out soon, as will our server. Unless we are merged REALLY SOON the entire server will die.

The guy is pretty suspect when it comes to GNW, I haven't received a pack in like a month and he gives me these lame excuses like "oh you didn't show up to a single battle so your name doesn't even appear in the list for me to give a pack to". PLS, what kind of lame excuse is that? You have to participate to get rewards? Get outta here.
Then this man ends up in a call with my favorite youtuber and didn't bother to add me into the call even after I promised I'd fan-*ly a little bit. How messed up is that?
His most heinous crime is not supporting me when I tell everyone I want to main Yasuo. -

Group Leader: Lone/Neon
So I'm the leader technically of my group, but I'm more of the heart, Neon is the brains and my most invested member. I'm the second strongest person on my server (out shadowed by a huge spender who is the leader of our rival group, cool guy btw) so I'm like a target, a goal to reach (only 5k-10k more power than most members, but yeah) and I'm very active in the chat. I'd imagine the members of my group would say I'm a fun leader, but I don't really do anything besides be there and socialise and help with TI, GI, SA, wanted missions, seal ninja etc. Neon is the strategist who helps make f2p teams for our members and whatnot so I treat him like my co-leader, not senior, and god is he helpful keeping things flowing while I'm busy working or sleeping, anyway, yeah, lovely leader, pretty cool co-leader, and awesome members and what not.

While this has eased most issues it's caused enough tension to have the group divide into internal factions, unfortunately most of our members refuse to even help members of other groups out of spite...
xD just because anarchy is best monarchy. But even in our hell Me and you are the group picks to lead.
As one who has been in 5 of the servers top 10 groups, I can fairly say the leaders are fine it's just their level of involvement in day to day affairs that leads to much of the strife over where to be etc.
As Crimson Roses founder I opted for the view of screw the leaderboards lets just have fun and screw around when we can, thankfully this happened to be on a srv where 30~ likeminded people had the same idea and happily marched to the beat. Sure we're the leading cause of chat profanity but it keeps the nuts happy with where they are and I wouldn't change that for the world. -

My group leader... i dont know where to start. First off she is the devil himself. She treats me bad and doesnt laugh at my jokes but thats something i can live with. At first it was good i was senior but now ive been demoted to a meere peasant. Back when i just joined i was i was like a star, i used to get legendary packs, compliments from morning till dome, random beautiful comments to make my day good but now i get nothing. Not even the basic necessary "good morning princess" every leader should say that to its clan members when they log. Ever since those 2 guys with weird names joined i have lost the light. Nobody pays attention to me anymore except for that rotten radish of a lettuce. I feel sad and alone and its all Haru's fault, curse you Haru.

I hope our group has member like u guys. I also leader now our group become like beginner so sad don't has member like u guys l also try my best to help our member to become strong.When our member become strong he/she leave our group to join strong group in our server.I feel very sad and mad.I think he/she use our group for him/her to join strong.
I'm really sorry to hear that. :( I know that you're trying your best to be a really great leader of your group and I commend you for that. And I know how frustrating and disappointing it is for someone to leave your group just to go to "greener pastures" after everything you've been through together. Unfortunately, I don't know how can I help you. :(
BUT I can hope and pray for you and your group's well being. I know it's not much but I hope in a small way, it might help. :)

That sounds very alarming! :O It must be so distressing to you to see the slow downfall of your group. :( Have you or any other members raised this concern to your leader? Maybe he/she'll listen and do something if you inform him/her.
And I hope that your server will merge with another server soon. :(

Ohh I see. I can feel your dislike to your leader. I do hope that you and your leader talk it out in order to find a mutual ground. But if your dislike is getting out of hand, maybe it's time to transfer to another group. But if it's still manageable, stay. :) -

Our leader (Mara previously known as DalisayDiaz) is the most beautiful of them all XD ahahah XD he is really nice and takes care of us, he is strict but laid back (i am getting confusing here) and overall funny and kinda sarcastic, we all love master d XD

I see. So the rivalry and competition is really strong. I just hope that one day, all of you finally decide on which leader you really want to follow (or be that leader himself!) and then, everyone will calm down. From there, I pray that the group will have a really strong bond. ^^ -
