As one who has been in 5 of the servers top 10 groups, I can fairly say the leaders are fine it's just their level of involvement in day to day affairs that leads to much of the strife over where to be etc.

As Crimson Roses founder I opted for the view of screw the leaderboards lets just have fun and screw around when we can, thankfully this happened to be on a srv where 30~ likeminded people had the same idea and happily marched to the beat. Sure we're the leading cause of chat profanity but it keeps the nuts happy with where they are and I wouldn't change that for the world.
