Can something be done about the long matching times in Ranked Arena? This likely one of the reasons so many people quit arena in the first place.

Hey

Matchmaking generally sets up players with similar BP/Rank, if the queue last longer than 10 minutes, I'll suggest clearing your cache/cookies and trying again. It tends to help.
