I think you can get full equipped chars on lvl 15. Then you can upgrade it each.

Oh I thought this thread was about the ninja tools...not the awaken ones but the other ones you equip and grant the whole team bonuses.

well, I got equipment for the ones that are picked for battle but not for the ones that are not, and trying to get equipment for the ones that aren't selected.

its not about the awaken ones, it is for the ninja tools that go right to the character, like the Jonin mask. but not upgraded to that point.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe that the other characters in your lineup carry "copied" equipment from your main team. That's why the power isn't so far apart when using multiple teams in Ranking Battle.

Yeah you only actually get 4 equipment windows in total, as you swap out any of the 3 characters on your team, they just take over the equipment the one you switched with had. See it more as putting the gear on the slot, and then slotting a character into said slot where the equipment already is placed.
