Because of the RNG nature of the upgrades, the amount of charms needed to upgrade your gear can vary wildly. I currently have all my head and scroll gear upgraded to level 3 (with 19 and 27 charms left respectively), yet I have two pieces of body gear not up to 3 yet (one is at level 2 (13/30) one is at level 1...I nearly filled up the bar on one level upgrading one of the body pieces). I'd like to finish off getting all my gear to at least level 3, but would prefer being able to just purchase the charms that I need more of.

Charm upgrading is basically the same as refining, with head/weapon/armor/scroll/acc runes instead of low/medium/advanced runes AND they only come in a pack of all 5. It's annoying not being able to make single purchases when the upgrade items are all locked to a single piece of gear. This also affects super spenders who are looking to max out their charm level, since they will likely run into similar problems and eventually not need all 5 charm types anymore when all 4 of their equips of one type are at max level.

It would be great if there was also an option to buy individual charms, maybe at a less efficient price than the 5 pack, to help with these issues. Maybe this is something that's already planned, but I wanted to put the idea out there just in case it's not.
