I'm pretty sure it was the same with the other version, just all in a patch and they just translate, check some bug and patch it in. If they want to change it now they would need to reprogramming that part of the game and everyone know how lazy/bad/time consuming they are with it. So if whether I have to choose between that and like 2 weeks sooner for the new content update, content pls
