Yes, that's something we are paying for that isn't implemented and something that makes people angry, indeed, overall because there is a not low chance there to get NARUTO NINETAILS CHAKRA fragments. Tobei wrote somewhere he would have given us some news about it, but nothing was said after his reply in costumer service 1 week ago.
Honestly speaking, at the moment they implement it in game they should compensate every jonin medal user accordingly to how many days they had not the chance to draw in it.

We have not been able to pull from it for almost a year no, I jonin medal holders better get some kind of compensation since they have pretty much been stealing money from us.

This is a screen from 01/11/2017 where with a bit of lag i could go in the Mystery Treasure page, so it's already in the game but they don't want to let people pull from it :D

Why should they give you more stuffs? There are already a lot of people with the Jonin Medal ;P

I submitted a ticket/case to their customer service center. Hopefully something will be done and we can get proper compensation for not having access to mystery treasure all this time. Since it does seem to be implemented in the coding it shouldn't take them more than a week to turn it on, I want to say a day but who knows what is happening on their end.

Lol i wouldnt count on it. I asked a month ago and all they said we will look into it and never heard from them again.

There is NO Mystery Treasure in English version. It is only available in German version. even if you submit ticket to cs there is nothing they can do since it is only mis-transalation and the chest never exist in our version

Technically its false advertising if it states purchasing the medal we get to pull from the mystery treasure. They could be pulled up on the trade discrimination act.

Remember guys we are different than the other versions when it comes to stuff that benefits us and if Germany gets jiraya as a sign in reward we have to follow the other versions.

Aside from that i'm sure people would like some kind of official statement about this because this is kind of a rip off to all medal users.

So to put it correctly, we are being falsely advertised a feature which is somewhat coded into the game but not made available to the players ? If so we can get alot of things if we work together and play this correctly, not suggesting blackmail but we can utilize this to our advantage. :o:o Play your cards correctly Oasis you might end up getting in real trouble if a large sector of this community were to handle this professionally.

all the ppl that have or had a jonin medal should get a free renew or at least 3 months extra per time they paid for jonin or at least all the pulls/spins they missed :@

I am gonna put ticket for customer service too, hope other medal users will do the same.. Since I got medal in September and prolonged it during event and all this time missed rewards for paying for them? THATS NOT OK.

Then they should not advertise it in something that you have to pay for.
