i m just curious about how to improve the evasion rate of certain ninjas like minato, iruka, sakura whose passive says nin .
some ppl say it is depending on combo stats
some say it is depending on resistance
some say it is depending on def
some say it is depending on nin.... its all random soo i wanna know which one really a factor of it

i think tai is neji and kimimaro; others seem all nin (by passive )

I think it's a fixed rate that's affected by level difference

I don't think there's a way to influence it through stats. I've tried a combination of things to see if it occurs more often but it seems to be a fixed rate.

yup it is ninjutsu XD. If it says it right on the skill thats what its based off players.

it's, pretty surely, a fixed chance modified by level difference.Something like 15% + ((your level - enemy level)/5)%
