The mods are aware of it. This started happening on Thursday after the weekly update.

based on the response from Tobei in the Customer Service section, I don't think its intentional, or at least looking at his response it doesn't seem like it.

Might have been some kind of coding issues with the update on Thursday. Whatever it is, hope it changes back, if not for those who haven't forged their items, someones gonna get hurt reallll bad... :lol

Yeah. They really need to fix it ASAP. It would make it completely unfair for people who haven't made it to Brothers TI normal and hard and got to settle with terrible stats while people who did them last week and before that have all orange stats.

They CLAIM that the all gold stat was a bug and that this is a bug fix.
They do not seem to be aware of this "fix" let alone the "bug" beforehand, there was no indication of foreknowledge anywhere.
It could just be a case of the devs not telling Oasis anything
Or a case of dev/Oasis being too lazy to fix the bug so just claim that it's intended behavior
Or a case of underhanded dev/Oasis tactic at selling too essence, and are lying about the bug/fix thing--If the change came at any other patch, it would not have been so su*ious. But the EXACT same update that introduces tool essence? Well, you can draw your conclusions.

But in any case, no, they would not be changing it back.

If gold stats on tools was a bug, then they took too long to fix it. Gold stats are the norm for players right now, and by taking them away they do nothing but put newer players at more of a disadvantage.

Like you said the timing of this "fix" is fishy. I completely forgot the tool essences were a thing. I'm starting to see the picture, let me guess there is gonna be an event next week that sells essences...

I refuse to believe that the gold stats were a bug. There is no way they would allow a "bug" that was giving players battle power to stay in the game as long as it did.

I definitely believe they took out the stats to give a reason for essence to exists. Just another way for them to get players to pay em.

So basically new people got completely screwed. Telling us to reforge to get orange stats... the tool essences is limited right now, and only the super rare red tools have orange stats... RIP TI and again for the newer players... At least new servers won't have to suffer from some people having orange stats... Silly that they wait like 2-3 months to fix the orange stats bug at the exact same time tool essences came out. I can see them selling tool essences or events... and there no elemental resistances essences either...:@

So there is no reason at all to spend money to get to 32k power as soon as possible now?

Well, I'm going to tell my group about this then, saves them a lot of ingots. :D

It's also incredible hurting to our server as the other groups got to 32k two weeks before us, and we will likely lose this server then and jump ship.

On the bright side, they are giving away free orange stats in Ultimate Challenge Training

The problem with that is as Nozumi said not all stats are given, as well as not enough of each stat is given. Plus when they come out with new TI and we replace our current tools we will need to reforge all over again, and if they continue to keep gold stats out of TI then we don't even have the few essences they gave us.

guys, guys. this is OAS we're talking abt here. they will always find ways to screw u over. they have no respect for the players, paying or free. just stop spending on this game until they correct their attitudes and integrity. they think they can still do the same crap over and over by advertising and getting new players. well, spread the word over wat has happened and let the new players decide.

the trust is forever lost. my server merged not long ago and now i see many players have stopped playing, mind you some of them are paying players.

p.s. Being as evil as them, whenever I see their online ad, i keep clicking on it.

haha I haven't spent a dime on the game in the last 9 months, and if they keep this up I never will!

Welp ... it was announced in customer service that the new stats are here to stay.This is so unfair to the players that got to do the last TI later in the game.

i'm not a medal user, but i did recharged 2-3 times before for the events.

I spent all my recharge on the scam wheel and all i get are just 2stars. ALL of them. i didnt even see any 3 or 5 stars. after that i sum up that this game just scams ur coupons. their lack of communication on events and lousy attitude makes me never to consider recharging again. i'll just play for free and keep clicking on their online ads until it disappears.

The bad thing is, they didnt even increase the storage space...

I'm not even level 80 yet and all those essences are essentially garbage clogging up the inventory. And there's no point buying them if you can't store them either.

We get 2 essences of only certain stats, its very limited.
Not only that but the stats on the essences are sometimes lower then the stats you could get from the old gold/red tools.

Either way since i already gave my opinion on this in a different topic i will just leave the links here, can't type all that again.
