I guess this is a bug? or perhaps a forgotten addition

as you can see the one added to the "2nd" lvl 80 set have a 3rd fragment location and it makes it a little annoying having to close out ninja interface and open elites to do just that 1. Likewise some may easily overlook it and not realize and thus resulting in less rewards.
