  • i don't know if everyone gets that but whenever i get to 3k refined fragments points (From 5* ninjas), i get 10 frags of iruka, pretty close to 3*ing him :)
Yeah! I do the same thing... 10 more fragments to 3* him as well. I think this is the only way for f2p (assuming you don't want to spend coupons) to consistently get him.
