yes and no depends on you. he has a great starter shield for all konoha ninjas has an interrupt and a ten hit combo chase and a pretty good dodge rate. I would say if ur gonna make him 3 stars then yes. I mainly use him for ranked battle. he's great with wind main though. I prefer sailor sakura

okay thanks. really takes a while for me to make him 3 stars though since I am only playing for free.

i don't know if everyone gets that but whenever i get to 3k refined fragments points (From 5* ninjas), i get 10 frags of iruka, pretty close to 3*ing him :)

maybe 9-10 days from now i can have 5star ninjas so until then I can ac*ulate Iruka fragments other than from the event

Yeah! I do the same thing... 10 more fragments to 3* him as well. I think this is the only way for f2p (assuming you don't want to spend coupons) to consistently get him.
