1＃ Go ToHey, today is the second day in a row that the my team instance doesn't reset, i've chatted with other players and theirs are fine, except mine. This is very frustrating as my server is failry new, so any little bug can really affect my rank within the server. Please fix asap or commensate me for the two days. Thanks.

You can only do 20 TI a Week with an addition of 5 TI with a level 5 Friendship level player in the team. So that makes 25 a week.
So you can technically finish all TI by Thurs.
Monday 5 Normal + 5 Friendship = 10
Tuesday 5 Normal = 5
Wednesday 5 Normal = 5
Thursday 5 Normal = 5
Which adds to the total of 25 for the week. So on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, it will show as 0/0 even though you didn't do any TI.
*Remember, you can still do TI even if its 0/0 to finish your daily/monthly mission. -

That's correct.
Team Instance has a weekly limit of 20 attempts + 5 additional friendship.
