The Title said it all
Could someone explain what is causing/creating these unusual disconnections,furthermore can it be stopped or prevented ? .....

This connection problem is real troublesome considering I may not be the only one affected by it today but can someone recommend a fix to this, I mean it has made my "Matsuri" experience bad not by just disconnecting during an fight but it left me with just a three ninjas of which consist of main and two others and I don't use them much. I had also reach a four win streak with just one loss and was going for my fifth win but due to this disconnection problem I have to be disatisfied by some unfair rewards which is not even my fault.
Is there anyway to receive compensation for this nonsense ?
