I think this suggestion is pretty important; I've asked a few people in my group what they thought about not having a censor in the chat. The overall response I recieved was that the freedom of being able to say whatever we wanted was nice, but it was tiring to see the amount of people that abuse this privilege. After seeing a group member freely make jokes about * towards another (female) member in the group I decided it was about time this suggestion was made. (We also disciplined the one who made the comments.)
The freedom to say whatever we want is nice but i'm not sure it's worth it when so many people abuse it and make the community seem toxic as a whole. And without an efficient in-game player reporting system it might just be easier altogether to completely block usage of certain words.
