Also, any particular reason why Kage Gaara was demoted? Is the normal version truly superior? Also, any reason why Cee was promoted too?

Costly.

Game is advancing to a more predominant low eco game. 20 Charka mystery-40 optimal.

Gaara is also not truly a tank. He'll get bruised up if his barrier isn't in play. Which is another reason why. Most of his utility is placed on the situational skill being his barrier.

Without it, he's just there to provide a CC in his chase.

At this moment you can find alot more usage with Regular Gaara over Kaze. Unless you're playing a T1-T2 game, You won't get much from him. Also, Regular Gaara is an easier to-star ninja.

Cee's underrated. With Ay teams (3rd or 4th), He practically becomes the reason why your Lightning Ninjas aren't being *n up. He provides an unconditional tankyness. And healing. Not to mention his mystery is already good, never been bad. A+ at this junction, he belongs there.

I started the list late 2.0

However, it's pretty easy to tell you what was God and S+ during that time.

I remember Tobi. Back in the day, everyone used him... I feel like an aged veteran of the game now.

I also remember cultivating Tobi, trying him out on one fight and subsequently benching him. As I said back then: you can't get affected by an OP character getting nerfed if you never used the character in the first place.

tobirama,tsunade, and hashirama would be lower in ranking in my list and i think mei and sailor should be in the same ranking.but i could pretty much agree with everything else.

ahh remember the fire main glitch where ignite stacked and all we could do is watch in horror....
